Postcrossing

So two weeks ago I found and joined this little club. Its called Postcrossing and I heard about it in the Australian news, as a man had more postcards than a postcard shop. I was curious and investigated a bit more what it was about. Bascially when you sign up, you are added to a huge database of people who love to send and recieve postcards from around the world. Who DOESNT love to get mail?! So sign me up! I did and then asked for an address to send to. My first postcard was to a Finnish Grandma who loves being outdoors. Over the next few days, I sent a few more cards while waiting for one in return. ( your address gets allocated to someone when a card you send is recieved)

 Today, I was pleasantly surprised by not one but TWO postcards waiting for me!

One was this super cute owl card from Japan...

and the other from the Loire Valley.

I'm very excited to keep this going and see what sort of cards I get! I just have to go out and buy some more to send!
