Right before Vanessa left for Australia, we went out on the lake to enjoy the benefit of the crazy cold weather we've been having. Its been below freezing for the past 2 weeks. Like from - 3C to -16C cold. This lake was frozen over, not solid but just over. The ice was about 4 inches thick which is pretty impressive. Vanessa was the only one with skates, but we glided along just the same.
