Over the past two weeks, my baking has experienced many fails. It started with the bread that wouldnt rise... then the Coconut cake that didnt bake all the way through.. then the apple cake that did the same...then the Chocolate cake that tasted fine, a little dry but the icing that was hopeless...and now, the favoried brownie recipe that went super hard like it was overcooked.. I just cant win!! I need a WIN!
Consequently, the only pictures I have of these failed attempts is the brownies.. because they look so yummy anyway :) you cant SEE that they are rock hard. Plus, dunked in milk or warmed in the microwave, they are edible ;)
